• When not being worn, silver & gold can sometimes tarnish, store in its packaging or ziplock bag when not being worn to minimise this
• avoid getting your jewellery caught and damaged by taking it off to sleep in & putting on last, after dressing & exercising.
• Keep the colour shiny and avoid extreme tarnishing by avoiding contact with any chemicals such as when cleaning, fake tan, moisturiser, perfume or chlorine. These chemicals can turn your your jewellery black. (It can be brought back to life with professional cleaning)
• refrain from using any harsh chemicals to clean your jewellery as this can strip away the colour or shine.
• use a gold polishing cloth to clean your gold plated items.
• Use a silver cloth for sterling silver items.

All items are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours from receiving your order.

Special Delivery orders are dispatched the same day (or next working day if a Sunday or bank holiday) when placed before 2pm.

Personalised items can take up to 7 days to be dispatched unless you have chosen Royal Mail Special Delivery.
